Whenever you are thinking about buying a multiple unit property be prepared to write your offer without having seen the property on the inside.

Most sellers with tenants in their property does not want to show the property until they know they have a serious buyer that is qualified to buy it. It is not so hard to understand if you think about it from the sellers prospective, the tenants may get very annoyed with constant showings and not so helpful, they also require plenty of notice.

The good news is that as a buyer in California there are over 90 protection in the contract to protect you and you really have nothing to fear, just make sure you have a good agent to protect your interests in any Real Estate purchase or sale for that matter.

Am I missing anything? I welcome your feedback and insight in the comments section below.
